Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1 October 2025

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of KB’s Tippy Tap Extras website and participation in our Touch Football skills and coaching clinics. By registering for or attending any of our programs, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

“Client” means any individual or organisation registering for or participating in our services.
“Services” means all training sessions, clinics, workshops, camps, and online resources provided by KB’s Tippy Tap Extras.
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to KB’s Tippy Tap Extras.
“Site” means the website operated by KB’s Tippy Tap Extras at www.tippytapextras.com

2. Registration and Eligibility
 

  • Clients must complete a registration form, providing accurate and up-to-date personal details.

  • Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian complete registration on their behalf.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion, including when medical clearance or proof of age is not provided.

3. Fees and Payment
 

  • All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are payable in full upon registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment methods accepted include credit card, direct bank transfer, or approved third-party payment processors.

  • Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

  • Clients may cancel up to 14 days before the start date for a full refund, less any transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced or for unattended sessions.

  • We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrolment, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients receive a full refund or credit toward future programs.

5. Code of Conduct

Clients must:

   •   Demonstrate respect for coaches, fellow participants, and venue staff
   •   Adhere to all venue rules and safety guidelines
   •   Wear appropriate attire and bring necessary equipment
   •   Refrain from abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour

Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All program materials, drills, curricula, videos, and online content are the intellectual property of KB’s Tippy Tap Extras.

  • Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials for personal training purposes only.

  • Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Photography and Video Footage
 

  • We may capture photographs and video footage during clinics, events, and promotional activities.

  • By participating, Clients grant KB’s Tippy Tap Extras a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use images and recordings featuring their likeness, voice, and performance for marketing, social media, training, and promotional purposes across any media.

  • Clients may opt out of photography and video by notifying us in writing at least seven days before the program start date. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable requests.

8. Medical and Safety Acknowledgement
 

  • Clients confirm they are in good health and fit to participate in physical activities.

  • Participants with pre-existing injuries or medical conditions must provide a medical certificate clearing them for high-intensity exercise.

  • Clients acknowledge the inherent risks of sport and agree to follow all safety instructions.

9. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clients release and hold harmless KB’s Tippy Tap Extras, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising out of participation in our programs and/or services, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. 10. Warranties and Disclaimers

We endeavour to deliver high-quality programs and services but do not guarantee specific performance outcomes or results. Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the relevant program. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold KB’s Tippy Tap Extras harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of their breach of these Terms or negligent acts during participation.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, available at www.tippytapextras.com/privacy_policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. By using our Site and Services, Clients consent to our practices as described in that Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our Site with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our Site or participation in services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
